Since the invention of the parking meter in 1935, POM Incorporated has carried on the tradition of manufacturing high quality parking meters and virtually all their components in its facility now located in Russellville, Arkansas. To fully utilize its equipment and skilled labor force, POM actively pursues contract manufacturing projects with the highest quality at the lowest cost in mind for the customer.  We especially welcome short-run die-casting jobs.
