POM provides a variety of services to help our customers maintain an efficient and profitable paid parking system.

Training

POM can arrange training for your repair technicians and/or data analysts either at our factory in Russellville, Arkansas, or at your location (for a fee).  Periodically, we will hold free training seminars in conjunction with regional parking conferences to help attendees defray expenses and enhance their conference experience.   Another option is to organize a joint regional training session and invite area customers, again to minimize costs for trainer and attendees.

Repair/refurbishment

Send us your POM electronic mechanisms for repair, which we will bill based on labor and materials required.  Housings may be stripped and repainted, with new hardware installed.  Competitor housings may also be refurbished, although some hardware may have to be cleaned and reused.  Contact POM for a quote.

Consulting

POM can provide helpful information on parking space layout, post installation, smartcard distribution and promotion, RFP format and technical specifications, integration of POM products with other complimentary products (i.e., garage access, enforcement ticketwriters, vehicle detectors), decorative pole accessories, references, contractors, and private operators.  If you need a parking product POM doesn't sell, we are glad to point you in the right direction.
